- W9 form (request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification),
- insurance (certificate with liability cargo policies).

Sign Carrier-Dispatcher agreement.
Comes with PoA (Limited Power of Attorney allows us to represent your company)

Carrier Set-Up
Once you complete the carrier setup below, we will email you a link to upload the documents for Step #2 and send you a Dispatch Service Agreement along with a General Power Of Attorney to finish the onboarding process
